Looking for an all natural and completely waste free laundry alternative, that is also super gentle on the skin? Then these Bare & Co. Soapberries are the perfect solution for you, with very little cost involved as well! A one kilogram bag will give you approximately 365 washes!
The Bare & co. soapberries are not actually berries, they are the outer casings or you can call them shells of the fruit of the Sapindus Mukorossi tree, usually found in the Himalayas. We love Soapberries because they are a multipurpose item that can be used as a laundry detergent but also a fabric softener as well when added to the washing cycle.
Another great reason to choose to use Soapberries is that they are fragrance free, antifungal and antibacterial whilst also being hypoallergenic too. This means these are perfect for anyone with sensitive skin and allergies, even suitable for babies and children!
You can also use these clever soapberries to make:
Shampoo
Body wash
Hand wash
Stain solution and clothes soaker
Multipurpose household cleaner
How to use:
These are simple to use and very economical too, just place five shells into the small canvas bag provided, and add into your next load of washing. Suitable for both hot and cold washes, however, for particularity dirty washes, it is preferred to use hot water. The same set of shells can be used for up to five loads of washing, then place shells in the garden to compost naturally.
Vegan. Cruelty Free.
I’m happy with the soapberries l received. I love how they are 100% organic and your washing smells fresh afterwards. These berries are lasting me a long time which is saving me heaps of money. I highly recommend these soapberries to everyone. The price was also pretty good.
Felt sad berries were crumbled and away from main seed and was too hard to make up the five berries for each wash ..
Will buy in future elsewhere ..
Great for garden though ..
They do a great job but unfortunately only last one wash and have to be thrown out as they all fall apart.
I have been using soapberries for a year and I love it! I usually make soap liquid ( soak the soapberries in water for over night and extract on the next day) and pour the liquid straight into the main wash drawer. It's easy to use and great way to care of our planet earth.
I've been looking for more sustainable way to wash my clothes. Regardless of my efforts, I only got to know soap berries few months ago. I loved the idea that it's all natural but had to see whether clothes get cleaned. I have a small kid that make clothes messy. Soap berries did great jobs so far. I read a review that the berries might escape the bag and ruins the clothes. So I do tie them very tightly. I also liked that the berries come in a cotton bag so there's no waste for packaging. I definitely recommend this product and the wellstore offer the cheapest price in the market with free shipping.
